The Samurai Game® is a unique and potent leadership and organizational learning experience.

Since its creation in the late 1970’s, tens of thousands of people around the world have participated in the internationally acclaimed Samurai Game® simulation. Through the Samurai Game®, participants gain new insights and awareness about their habitual thinking, beliefs and behavior patterns, and open new doors for making meaningful change in themselves and their teams.

The Samurai Game® is particularly useful in organizational team-building, training and leadership development aimed at cultivating collaboration, accountability and centered focus in situations marked by uncertainty and rapid change.

Grayson James learned to lead the Samurai Game® from the Game’s founder, George Leonard, and is one of two individuals worldwide who is authorized to train and certify Samurai Game® facilitators.
